By registering for the Coaching Ethics Forum (CEF) events  you hereby agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of registration and participation:

Program/Schedule Changes
For reasons beyond the control of CEF, it may be necessary to change program content, speakers and/or time blocks. Any such changes are within the sole discretion of CEF and CEF shall not be liable for such program or schedule changes.


Official Language

The official language of CEF is English. All presentations and materials will be provided in English.

Inclusions 
The registration fee includes admittance to all speaker and discussion sessions as outlined in the official CEF schedule. 

Location 
All sessions and discussion groups will be held virtually accessible by logging in to the Coaching Ethics Forum website with the log-in created at registration.

To get the latest updates on CEF, check www.coachingethicsforum.com. News will also be shared through CEF social media channels, LinkedIn.

Don’t forget to use the hashtag #CEF on social media. 

Terms and Conditions—Interpretation and Binding Nature
Any and all matters or questions not specifically addressed in these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the sole discretion and interpretation of CEF. CEF, in its sole and reasonable discretion, may refuse or cancel a registration at any time and in such event shall not be responsible for any fees or costs incurred as a result of such refusal or cancellation.

Registration Required
Registration is required and access to the CEF conference will require a log-in to zoom using the email used at registration. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy
There is a no refund policy.

Any profits will go towards promoting ethics in coaching.

Proprietary Rights of CEF

By registering for CEF, you acknowledge and agree that all content and materials made available by the Coaching Ethics Forum (“CEF”) or by presenters at CEF’s events or in CEF’s literary or digital works are protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights and laws. 

The Coaching Ethics Forum (CEH) are sharing the conference presentations publicly after three months on the basis of a Creative Commons license CC BY-NC-ND, that confirms the information is available to share ideas about ethics but it cannot be used for commercial purposes or to promote any cause, position or entity.

Except as expressly authorized in writing by CEF, you are strictly prohibited from selling, licensing, renting, modifying, distributing, copying, reproducing, transmitting, publicly displaying or performing, publishing, adapting, editing, or creating derivative works from such materials, content or other protected work product. Reproduction, copying, creation of derivative works, or redistribution for commercial purposes of any materials or design elements of CEF’s or any presenter’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
By attending CEF, you hereby grant your voluntary consent that your likeness or image, captured by photo or video, or your voice captured by recording, may be used by CEF for promotional and archival purposes in print, video and online, or in any other format, without notice or compensation to you.

Handouts
Presenter handouts constitute the original work product of the presenters and are thus protected by applicable International copyright laws. In addition to the protections and limitations of use of such handouts set forth in these terms and conditions, such materials are subject to any additional restrictions imposed by the individual presenters.

Code of Conduct
All participants, in-person and virtual, are expected to behave professionally, respectfully, and civilly at all times during the event. Obscene or offensive language or loud, disruptive, abusive, or threatening behaviour directed at any other event attendee, speaker, CEF member or volunteer is not conducive to a learning environment and will not be tolerated. Those who violate this policy may be removed from the event and their registration terminated. In the case of such removal, no refunds will be made.

Sharing of Information
If, when registering for CEF, you granted CEF permission to have your electronic personal information stored in our system, the information you provided upon completing your registration will be used to help CEF plan and execute CEF events and to contact you with essential event information via email. Disclaimer
Presenters alone are responsible for the content of their respective programs, presentations, and/or handouts, which are made available for informational purposes only. The views and opinions expressed in the sessions are not necessarily those of CEF and are not endorsed by CEF. CEF specifically disclaims any and all legal liability or responsibility for the content expressed in the sessions or materials distributed as a part of the session.

Disclaimer of Damages and Liability
CEF hereby disclaims and denies any and all liability or responsibility whatsoever for any losses, damages or injuries (including death) to persons or property sustained or alleged to have been sustained by any attendee or any attendee’s employees, agents, guests, or representatives arising out of or resulting either directly or indirectly from attendance at or participation in CEF. Each attendee shall be solely responsible for any property damages, or injuries caused, either directly or indirectly, by the conduct of such attendee (or the attendee’s employees, agents, guests, or representatives) and shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless CEF, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all third party claims, actions, or causes of action, damages, injuries, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred or to be incurred by CEF and which arise out of such third party claim. This duty of indemnification will survive the conclusion of CEF.

Failure to Perform
CEF shall not be liable for any failure to perform or any delay in performing its obligations if the failure or delay is due directly or indirectly to any cause beyond the reasonable control of CEF, its employees, volunteers, agents, or representatives which shall include, but is not limited to, fire, flood, explosion, accident, Acts of Nature, including hurricane, tornado, earthquake, acts of terrorism, civil disturbance or emergency or periods of armed conflict, labour strikes or stoppages, public health emergency, including pandemic or epidemic, or travel advisory, or the curtailment of transportation facilities which makes the conduct of the event impossible, illegal, or commercially impractical.

Waiver
Waiver by CEF of any of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of any other term or condition or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Amendment
These terms and conditions shall be deemed binding upon registrants for CEF. CEF reserves the right, in its sole and reasonable discretion, to amend such terms and conditions as it determines appropriate and necessary under the circumstances. CEF will endeavour to provide registrants with notice of any such changes.
