Abhijit has over 15 years of experience in the area of talent development and personal growth, especially leadership development and coaching with diverse global population across varied industries such as, information technology, digital entertainment, business services, banking, and financial services. His interest and role have been to develop leaders, mainly people managers, so that they can improve their skills and abilities to manage their teams better.

Abhijit has received his coach training from the Teachers College, Columbia University in New York and NeuroLeadership Institute. He is accredited by the ICF as a PCC and has coached 1100+ clients globally. He is also certified to administer various psychometric assessments, such as, Hogan, DiSC, StrengthsFinder to help people raise their self-awareness.

He is the Co-Lead of the Coaching Science Community of Practice and one of the first few members of the Hyderabad Chapter of the ICF.

Svea van der Horne has been involved in ethics education in a variety of contexts, including coaching, executive leadership development, mental health, psychology, and volunteer community projects. She is a member of the ICF Global Independent Review Board (IRB) that undertakes the Ethical Conduct Review (ECR) process. She brings her expertise in activity-based learning and connecting the abstract map with the grounded territory of everyday practice to her work as an ethics educator, mentor and supervisor. Svea enjoys the opportunities to respond with creativity and ingenuity to the complexity of ethical conundrums and dilemmas. She draws on her background in living systems thinking and complexity theory when navigating ethical decision-making and action-taking. She is a published author, and contributed a chapter on ethics in a soon to be published book “Solution Focused Coaching Supervision” which offers a social constructionist perspective. She volunteers as a subject matter expert to ICF ethics events and research.
