Gilda Goldemberg graduated in Psychology, with a postgraduate degree in Education and People Development, at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, MBA by Brazilian Business School – São Paulo. Professional Certified Coach by ICF with more than 2.500 hours of experience. Certified mentor coach and coach supervisor.
One of the founders of the ICF regional chapter in Rio de Janeiro, ex-counselor and currently ethics committee leader of ICF Brazil. Experience working as human resource manager of human resources and internal communications in a couple of the top banks in Brazil, in the beverage retail industry, and fashion retail industry.
Author of the book Powerful Questions – a practical guide, currently working as an executive coach, host of coaching roundtables and webinars, and as a coaching mentor/supervisor.

Camila Bonavito is Co-founder and partner of Oipé Desenvolvimento de Líderes e Equipes. For the past 12 years, She has provided tailored solutions to support every stage of leadership and team development, executive coaching, organisational development and change. She is the current President of ICF in Brazil (23-24), where she received her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Team Coach Certification (ACTC). Certified in Consulting and Change (P3C) and Supervision for Coaching and Consultancy by the Tavistock Institute. Her practice draws on classic Tavistock approaches, including systems psychodynamics, socio-technical systems theories, and group relations methodologies. She is passionate about facilitating dialogues, reflections, and experiential learning to foster results that bring greater engagement, trust, and shared meaning. She wants to be chosen by leaders and organisations that wish to improve the quality of their relationships to generate well-being and more sustainable results in the long term.
