Wendy-Ann Smith & David Clutterbuck
Wendy-Ann Smith is a coaching psychologist, author and consultant. She is a co-founder of the Coaching Ethics Forum and Visiting Fellow, Centre for Positive Psychology, Buckinghamshire New University, UK and Ethics group discussion lead at the Institute of Coaching. Her recent research has looked at how coaches understand their development. Her recent publications are on various topics within coaching psychology, ethics for coaching practice and positive psychology. Wendy-Ann regularly coaches a small number of one-to-one clients. She delivers presentations and workshops in organisations, associations, and universities. She enjoys supporting coach’s development and ethical awareness and practice.
David Clutterbuck is one of the earliest pioneers of coaching and mentoring. Visiting professor at four business schools and co-founder of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, he is author of more than 70 books. David was lead coach on the Ethical Coach project and has trained hundreds of ethical mentors in the UK health service and elsewhere.
