Anindita Das completed a 2-year coaching diploma from the University of Cambridge, UK. She is a proficient humanistic Psychodramatist trained at Vedadrama, India, and has furthered her expertise in Emotional Intelligence at MDIS in Singapore. She holds an MCOF in Global Coaching methodology and underwent group coaching training from Oxford, UK.

With a background of extensive international experience, Anindita Das adopts a pluridisciplinary approach, integrating action-based psychodrama, talk-based, and expressive art techniques. Presently residing in Beijing, China, she devotes her efforts to CoachWorx, Life | Work | Relationships, and SoulWorx Psychodrama. As the Beijing Ambassador for EMCC, she leads EMCC APR Ethics and Coaching Quarterly meetings and spearheads a book study group focusing on ethics, mapping Western Ethical systems with the Global Code of Ethics.

Fran Cormack an experienced executive, leadership, and team coach, Fran works with individuals, teams and organisations to transform how they work, and show up in the world. A 30 year career​, across countries,​ and multiple industries​,​ has provided Fran with a foundation that now proves invaluable as he works with new clients. A certified ICF (International Coaching Federation) coach, trained in Organisational & Leadership Coaching​,​ Team Coaching​,​ Systemic Coaching & Constellations​,​ Fran’s coaching is informed by systemic practices, connecting body and mind, and emotional intelligence.

Fran’s work with teams is informed by “6 Team Conditions”, and the TDS (Team Diagnostic Survey). Fran has trained with John Whittington in Systemic Coaching and Constellations. Fran holds a PG Cert in Leadership & Coaching (Charles Sturt University), and a Diploma in Management, Open University (UK). Fran is both a member of the Association for Coaching (AC) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
